Corporate Relations Department at Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology (KIET) organized its annual Job Fair on Wednesday, 08th December 2021 at Main Campus, PAF Base Korangi Creek Karachi.
The job fair was an immense opportunity for the students and alumni to connect with the corporate world and the renowned employer companies nationwide. It was a golden chance for students to know their worth in the job market and have a complete know-how on the job market trends these days.
Some of the big names out of 43 organizations such as Lucky Textile, Feroze 1886, Yunus Textile, Sana Safinaz, Gadoon Textile, Integrated Dynamics, Interwood, Multinet, and many more contributed to exploring the new talent from KIET.
While talking to participants Air Vice Marshal (R) Tubraz Asif, President KIET said, “This job fair is a vital opportunity for the students to meet the employers from a number of organizations, amazing networking opportunities, showcases and hundreds of job vacancies cherish their future endeavors. He warmly welcomed all the participants. He emphasizes the significance of such job fairs for a progressive, prosperous and productive society.
Students of KIET are very bright they are taking great interest in the event and connecting with the employers. At the closing of the Career Fair, employers expressed a high level of satisfaction with the KIET students and alumni. The majority of participants stated that they were satisfied overall with the event exposed to their future workforce, with connections being established and they collected resumes from students. Some bright students were selected for internships in organizations.
