KIET has a total of 21 computer labs with 12 servers and over 1060 computer systems. The KIET Main Campus has 9 general computer labs and City Campus has 5 computer labs and North Nazimabad Campus has 6 Lab of the latest configuration with Core i7 7th Generation and Core i5 4th Generation processors. A multimedia lab as well as Sound and Video editing labs are equipped with up-to-date equipment are available at the City Campus for animation, graphics and motion picture.

General Engineering workshop equipped with requisite tools and implements provide basic facilities for project work. The workshop cater for machining, electrical work, metal work, carpentry and PCB fabrication requirements.
To provide a solid foundation of practical knowledge to the engineering students, the labs are equipped with required workstations, test and measurement equipment, trainers, tools, components and development kits.

SMS service is used to dissipate the important information on a short notice such as class cancellation, extra class or any other important information. Email facility is also used to for the same purpose but when there is not much urgency. The project exhibition schedule, exam schedule, guest speaker session announcements etc are sent through email.
These facilities have really helped the institute to facilitate the student in a better way. This saves student’s time and allows them to organize themselves accordingly. Students have also much appreciated these facilities
The transportation system consists of a large fleet of coaches plying from different city areas to and from the Korangi Creek Campus. The transport facility for the Korangi Creek Campus is managed with special emphasis on comfort, safety and punctuality. The transport facility is available to students at highly affordable rates on no-profit-no-loss basis. Both Korangi Creek Campus and City Campus are also accessible through a number of public transport routes.
