PDC offers customized training programs for our different client’s and organizations to address their specific requirements.
In our programs, we organize training on industry specific problem areas and will try to simulate real-life corporate scenario that participants face in their professional life and train them how to encounter practical challenges. The prerequisite of a customized training is that :-
- Training Need analysis is carried out.
- Content designing is done in consultation with our client,
- Venue and availability of training aids required are discussed in detail.
