EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION
Abstract
The study examines the relationship of motivation with different factors at the workplace. An empirical survey was conducted through structured questionnaires using a dichotomous scale that addressed that how different factors affect employee motivation. Four Hypotheses were designed to verify the relationship between motivation; with Job security, Job enrichment, Setting & Communicating goals and employee involvement in decision making.
