Dr. Pahi holds Ph.D. in Management Sciences from University Utara Malaysia and an MBA from Pakistan. Karachi. Assistant Professor Jinnah University for Women from 10-October- to 31-Dec- 2019. Assistant Professor, Indus University Karachi from 8-October-2017- 31-August-2019. Chairperson of Department of Business administration Indus University Karachi, from 2nd Feb to 31-August- 2019. Dr. Pahi has published in reputed journals (Impact factor, ABDC, ABS, and Scopus) including Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Environmental Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, SageOpen, Global Business Review, etc. He has presented his work at reputed conferences. He has several years of teaching and administration experience. With his expertise in Data Analysis through SPSS & PLS-SEM. His research interest includes Leadership, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.
