Q-1 How can I apply at KIET ?

Applicant can visit our Online Admissions Portal:  [email protected] and create an account to complete and submit online application form.

Q-2 what documents are required to be submitted during admission process?

You need to attach your recent photo and required documents in the online form. Documents which are required for any program are listed in the online application form.

Q-3 If complete documents was not uploaded then is it still application form is acceptable?

Yes, application can be proceed to next step by clicking on SKIP option.

Q-4 where should I deposit my application processing fee?

After submitting the online application please download Chalan form from website that can be deposited in any branch of HBL, please share on whatsapp the image of deposited chalan to complete the admission process. Processing fee can be deposited in cash (by handing over physically) in any of our Admissions Offices or thorough courier via Bank Draft or online of Rs 1500.

Q-5 what are your admission office working days and timings?

Mon to Fri 08:30am to 04:00pm

Q-6 can I apply on NTS basis?

NTS is not compulsory. However, university’s entrance test is exempted in case of Bachelors of Engineering program.

Q-7 Is it interview mandatory for undergraduate level of education?

Yes for undergraduate programs students are required to appear for the interview. However, candidates applying for BBA, BS-AF, BS PS, BSc Electrical Engineering are exempted from interviews.

Q-8 My result is awaited can I still apply?

Yes, you can apply however you are required to submit undertaking or hope certificate, duly attested by your institute’s higher authority stating the minimum percentage required for the applied program. If you are a private candidate, hope certificate is to be printed on stamp paper duly signed by the parents / guardian.

Q-9 Is it University has transport or hostel facility?

Yes, University has its own Transport facility on assigned routes. We do not have hostel facility.

Q-10 can I apply on the basis of O& A Level ?

Submission of only O&A level grade / mark sheets will not serve the purpose. Equivalence certificates duly issued by IBCC, Pakistan are necessary for those candidates who do not possess Matric &FSc / FA qualifications.
