KIET Board of Governors Meeting | 24th October 2026

The Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of KIET was held on 24th October 2026 at the North Campus, marking an important occasion to reflect on the institution’s remarkable progress and strategic achievements.

The Board congratulated the new management, led by Mr. Muhammad Nasir Butt as the Chancellor, KIET; Dr. Yousuf Zaidi and Barrister Shaheer Hassan, Pro Chancellors; Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khalid Khan, Acting President, KIET, on achieving four major institutional milestones over the past two and a half years:

1. Successful Transition of 1,000+ students without the loss of a single day of academic activity.

2. Establishment of new campus on 1 acre piece of land at Maymar Avenue which is approved by HEC as Principal seat.

3. Acquisition of 10 Acres of Land at Education City, marking a significant step towards KIET’s long-term institutional growth and expansion.

4. HEC NOCs for all three locations of KIET, strengthening the institution’s regulatory standing and operational foundation.

This was not possible without the support of Pakistan Education Foundation (PEF). These achievements also reflect the strategic vision, commitment, and dedication of PEF.

Congratulations to the entire KIET community on these significant milestones as we continue working towards academic excellence, institutional development, and a stronger future for KIET.
