Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst & Software Design

Skills & Expertise Required:
- The main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.
- Use data modelling practices to analyses your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
- Should have database experience
- Should have knowledge of programming languages
- Have Experience in ERP Software Business Analysis and designing
- Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce the recommendations.
- gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business
- communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
- produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
- Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on the evaluation.
Technical Skills
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level focusing on quality improvement and data management ensuring data is reliable and valid developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination integrating new systems and processes with existing ones.
- Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
